She covers both the prevention and settlement of disputes facing the firm’s clients in civil, commercial and criminal law.
She particularly acts in strategic litigation in the field of unfair competition, anti-competitive practices and various compensation disputes that regularly involve urgent procedures (in futurum investigative measures, civil and commercial interlocutory proceedings and petitions to the commercial court, etc.).
She also assists clients with drafting and negotiating commercial and consumer contracts.
Claire assists the firm’s clients in inheritance disputes involving questions of nullity of wills or complex judicial partitions.
Lastly, she devotes some of her time to real estate and co-ownership law in particular.
