Clémence Quidet holds a Master’s degree in property and construction law, which she obtained from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2017.

After working as a legal adviser for a major player in the construction and public works sector, she was admitted to the bar in 2022 and joined her first law firm specialising in property law, primarily in the areas of property development and commercial leases.

Building on this previous experience, she joined the Property Department at 186|Avocats in 2026.

Clémence Quidet advises both businesses and private individuals, offering both advisory and litigation services, on all matters relating to property law.
