Martin Bessonnet

A graduate of the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris II Panthéon-Assas Universities, Martin Bessonnet works mainly in employment law, intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks, designs) and commercial litigation.

After gaining experience in several law firms and companies, he joined 186 | AVOCATS in December 2019.

He advises and acts for both businesses and private clients on issues involving employment law (employment contracts, disciplinary action, dismissal, agreed termination, etc.) and business law (licensing agreements, secondment agreements, terms and conditions, infringement, unfair competition, commercial disputes, etc.).

After obtaining AFNOR - Data Protection Officer certification in April 2021, he assists and advises companies on their personal data aspects (processing agreements, NDAs and privacy policies, audits, etc.).
