Simon Roumégoux

Simon Roumégoux works mainly in business law (company law, commercial litigation and contract law).

After gaining experience in several law firms and in the legal department of an international French group, Simon joined 186 | AVOCATS in 2018.

He particularly advises business people and companies in the context of their funding, external growth and disposals and handles their legal secretarial work.

He also acts for the firm’s clients in the commercial courts (shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, debt recovery) or in the context of insolvency proceedings (assisting creditors, implementing procedures for liquidators).
