After nine years with Kramer Levin, Diane Delume joined 186 | AVOCATS as a partner to develop a real estate and construction law department.

She particularly works on issues relating to commercial leases, construction, real estate development, the French Hoguet law, co-ownership, and in the context of real-estate transactions. Her clients include land corporations, private or semi-public operators as well as property developers, private owners, architects, construction companies and property managers.

She is also well-versed in litigation and proceedings, particularly civil litigation, whether it concerns real estate law (preventive interlocutory proceedings, builders' liability, litigation concerning leases and real estate sales, etc.) or other civil and commercial disputes.

She is also a graduate of the University of Burgundy in wine laws, and advises wine estates on all aspects of management, rural leases and guarantees of origin.

She regularly runs courses for Lamy Formation in real property and construction law.
