Pauline Chanel took over the management of the employment law department at 186 | AVOCATS in 2018, after practising for 13 years with Toison et Associés and in an individual capacity.

She advises and acts for both businesses (key accounts, very small businesses, SMEs) and private individuals (directors and executives).

In the area of collective labour relations, She is particularly involved in the negotiation and implementation of collective agreements, restructuring operations and their consequences on employment (employment contract transfers, collective redundancies), the creation and operation of social and economic committees, and internal investigations.

In the area of individual labour relations, she assists her clients with drafting employment contracts, employment contract termination (negotiated departures, disciplinary procedures, dismissal, agreed termination, etc.), mobilityand workplace health and safety issues (occupational accidents and diseases, unfitness, etc.).

She has additional expertise in criminal law, both in a professional context to assist companies and their managers and for private individuals.
